Chulalongkorn University extends its congratulations to the esteemed professors from the Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chulalongkorn University, for their remarkable achievement in receiving a prestigious certificate from the National Research Council of Thailand (NRCT) as outstanding Thai inventors and researchers, recognized internationally at the Internationally Outstanding Inventors Awards Ceremony. The ceremony took place on Monday, June 26, 2023, at the Makhawan Rangsan Room, 3rd floor, Royal Thai Army Club, Vibhavadi.

    Here are the esteemed faculty members from the Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chulalongkorn University, who were honored with this award:

    - Prof. Police Capt. Dr. Suchada Sukrong was awarded a Gold Medal at The 16th International Invention and Innovation Show (INTARG® 2023) in Katowice, Republic of Poland. Additionally, she received the FIRI Award for Best Invention from the first institute of inventors and researchers of Iran (FIRI), Islamic Republic of Iran, and a Special Prize from the Industrial Property Office of The Czech Republic and The Czech Metallurgical Society, Czech Republic. Her groundbreaking innovation, "A rapid colorimetric DNA test kit specific to the genus Aristolokia that causes aristolokic acid nephropathy," garnered these accolades.

    - Assoc. Prof. Dr. Jittima Laknakul was honored with a Gold Award at the 34th International Innovation & Technology Exhibition 2023 (ITEX 2023) held in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia on May 11-12, 2023. Additionally, she received a special award (Best Invention) at the trophy level from the World Invention Intellectual Property Associations (WIIPA) for her innovative work on "Hy-N," which focuses on self-assembled functional nanogels for molecular delivery with enhanced hyaluronic bioactivity.
