A few weeks ago, we discussed the impact of dust, but recently, many people have been experiencing itchy skin rashes due to PM2.5 dust. While this fine dust is widely known for its harmful effects on the respiratory system, it can also irritate the skin—especially for individuals with sensitive skin.
How PM2.5 Affects the Skin
PM2.5 dust contains chemicals and heavy metals that can damage the skin. Prolonged exposure may lead to:
